For complaints relating to anything other than servicing and / or operations, email us instead at ⧉ complaints@hayatlegal.co.uk.
We will give you a reference number for your complaint. Make sure you have the reference number for when you contact us to track it so we can easily locate your complaint.
We might need further information or to talk to you to fix your situation and provide a more satisfactory outcome so please give us your most up-to date contact information. Our calls will usually be shown from our 0800 number however in certain cases due to Data Protection and other key factors our team / call representative may appear as “Unknown” or “No Caller ID”.
We aim to resolve your complaints quickly and efficiently. Our procedure involves acknowledging your complaint within 2 business days and providing a full response within 14 business days, however we have a maximum of 56 days. If further investigation is needed, we will keep you informed of the progress.
Our dedicated complaints team is available to assist you during the following hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. You can contact the complaints team via email at complaints@hayatlegal.co.uk or through our online portal.
